Frequently asked questions about E-commerce Kit Digital

I already have an online store (Shopify, WooCommerce…). Can I upgrade it with the grant?

Yes. The grant covers the creation of a new store or the migration and substantial improvement of an existing one. If you want to expand features (payments, catalogue, logistics), it applies.

Can I sell to other countries? Does it support multiple currencies and languages?

Yes. We set up the store to sell to any country with support for multiple currencies, languages and local payment methods if needed.

What percentage of each sale does the platform take?

We work with commission-free platforms (WooCommerce, PrestaShop). The only commissions are those of the payment gateway (typically 1.4–2.5% per transaction).

Can I combine E-commerce with the Website grant?

Yes. You can apply for Website and E-commerce as separate categories and add up the grants (up to €4,000 combined). Funhelps manages both implementations in an integrated way.

How long does it take for the store to go live?

Typically between 5 and 10 weeks: design, product upload, payment and shipping setup, testing and launch. The timeline depends on the number of products and complexity.
