Frequently asked questions about BI & Analytics
Do I need a lot of data to benefit from BI?
No. Even a small SME with sales, expense and customer data can get enormous value from a good dashboard. The starting point is structure, not volume.
Which tools do you use? Do I need to buy licences?
We work with leading market tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, Metabase). The grant covers implementation and training; licences (where applicable) are deducted from the subsidised amount.
Can I connect the dashboard to my ERP or management software?
Yes. We connect with the main ERPs (Sage, Holded, Odoo, SAP), SQL databases and cloud services. If you have specific software, ask us and we’ll assess it.
How long does it take to have the first dashboard up and running?
In standard cases, between 3 and 6 weeks. Depending on the complexity of the data sources and the number of KPIs, the project can extend up to 3 months.
Who in my company will be able to view the dashboards?
Dashboards are configured with role-based access controls. Management sees everything; area managers see their own metrics; the sales rep sees their pipeline. You decide.
