Which CRM do you implement? Can I choose?
We work with the leading CRMs on the market: HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive and Salesforce. We analyse your needs and recommend the one that best fits your business model and budget.
Can I migrate the contacts and customers I already have (Excel, Gmail, etc.)?
Yes. Data migration is part of the project. We import contacts from Excel, Google Contacts, Outlook, your ERP or any other source you have, and we review data quality throughout the process.
Can the CRM be integrated with my email and calendar?
Yes, it’s a standard integration. The CRM connects with Gmail, Outlook and Google Calendar to automatically log all customer communications with no extra effort.
How many people in my company can use the CRM?
The grant covers up to 3 users in Segment III and up to 10 in Segment I. If you need more users, it can be extended at an additional licence cost outside the grant.
How long does it take for the CRM to be up and running?
In standard cases, between 3 and 8 weeks: 1–2 weeks of configuration, 1–2 of data migration and training. You’ll be able to use the CRM in production in under a month.
