Frequently asked questions about Kit Digital Cybersecurity

My company is small. Do I really need cybersecurity?

Yes. 60% of cyberattacks target SMEs because they typically have less protection. A ransomware attack can bring your business to a standstill for days or weeks. The grant removes the cost excuse.

Does it cover mobile phones and tablets, not just computers?

Yes. The solution covers all devices: Windows, Mac, Linux, Android and iOS. Each licence protects the device assigned to each user.

How does cloud backup work? Where are the copies stored?

Copies are encrypted and stored in European data centres, fully compliant with GDPR. Backups run daily and up to 30 days of previous versions are retained.

How long does it take to deploy the solution?

Installation on devices is fast (1–2 weeks). Team training is included in online sessions of 2–3 hours that can be completed in a single afternoon.

Is it compliant with GDPR and Spanish security regulations?

Yes. The solutions we implement comply with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), the ENS (National Security Framework) and INCIBE requirements for SMEs.
