Privacy Policy

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), we inform you about the processing of your personal data.

Data Controller

Company name: Funhelps S.L.
Registered address: Catalonia, Spain
Email: comercial@funhelps.com
Website: https://funhelps.com

Purposes of processing

  • To manage information and contact requests received through the web form.
  • To send commercial communications about our services, always with your prior consent.
  • To fulfil the legal and contractual obligations arising from the provision of our services.
  • To analyse the use of the website in order to improve its content and usability.

Legal basis for processing

Processing is based on your explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), on the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), and on compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

Data retention

Your data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and for the legally established periods. In the case of commercial communications, until you withdraw your consent.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties, except where there is a legal obligation or where it is necessary for the provision of the service, with technology providers acting as data processors under the appropriate safeguards established in the GDPR.

Rights of data subjects

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection by sending an email to comercial@funhelps.com along with a copy of your identity document. International data transfers

Funhelps prioritises providers located in the EU/EEA. Where a specific service requires a provider outside the European Economic Area, we apply the appropriate safeguards set out in the GDPR: standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, adequacy decisions, or other permitted mechanisms. In any case, we will inform you in this policy if this situation changes with respect to a specific provider.

Remote assistance

When you request remote technical support, we use the third-party tool RustDesk to temporarily connect to your device with your explicit consent. Our technician only accesses the screen you authorise and you can end the session at any time. Sessions are not recorded by default; if recording were required in any particular case, we would ask for your prior consent. The details of the incident are logged in our ticketing system for the purpose of providing and tracking the support service, in accordance with this policy and with the GDPR. We do not store the content of your screen.
