When you open the RustDesk agent, you’ll see a 9-digit code and a temporary password. Nothing to install: the agent closes when the session ends.
3. Share the code with us

4. What do we see?
Only the screen you authorise. You can end the session at any time from the agent. The session is logged in our ticketing system (GDPR compliant). Sessions are not recorded by default; if we ever needed to, we would ask you first.
