Technical capacity for integrators

Technical Delivery Teams for Technology Integrators

Cybersecurity · Software & integration · Automation · Applied AI

Funhelps works with companies and technology integrators that need additional technical capacity to deliver projects, reinforce existing teams, or take responsibility for defined work packages.

Core technical team based in Barcelona, available for on-site, hybrid, and remote work.

Collaboration Models

Technical capacity reinforcement

Our technical professionals can temporarily join an existing project team, working within the integrator’s architecture, methodology, and project direction.

Work packages

We can also take responsibility for a clearly defined technical part of a project, with scope, deliverables, and responsibilities agreed in advance.

Adaptable capacity

Our current core technical team consists of 3 professionals. For projects that require it, delivery capacity can be temporarily scaled to 4 or 5 people depending on scope and duration.

Capabilities

Cybersecurity & Infrastructure

  • Security assessments and gap analysis for NIS2, ENS, and ISO 27001 readiness.
  • Implementation of access controls, encryption, and network segmentation.
  • Security documentation, risk analysis, incident response plans, and vCISO support.

Funhelps supports clients in these frameworks. It does not issue certifications or perform accredited audits.

Software, Automation & Integration

  • Custom Python and Playwright automation for administrative processes and portals.
  • Tool integrations using Zapier, n8n, or custom development.
  • Document processing, information classification, and workflow automation.
  • Secure credential management and maintenance when integrated systems change.

Applied AI

  • AI agents based on local models such as Llama and Mistral.
  • Deployment in the client’s environment or in European infrastructure under the client’s control.
  • AI-assisted automation and document processing integrated into business processes.

Security by Design

For automation and integration projects, we apply practices already documented in our services:

  • Least privilege: each integration receives only the permissions it needs.
  • Secure credential management.
  • Audit logging and traceability for executions.
  • Separation between production data and test environments.
  • An SLA for each critical process, with agreed response, resolution, and incident escalation.
  • Data remains under the client’s control, with local deployment or European infrastructure where the project requires it.

Transferable Experience

The following examples are based on real projects and are anonymized where confidentiality requires it.

Metal industry

Challenge: supply-chain security requirements and preparation for NIS2.

Work: technical assessment, access controls, encryption, network segmentation, and vCISO support.

Outcome: prioritized measures, security documentation, and team training.

Tax advisory firm

Challenge: repetitive work in document classification, bank reconciliation, and client notifications.

Work: workflow automation and document processing on European infrastructure.

Outcome: reduced manual work and operational data kept under European control.

Private clinic

Challenge: unencrypted health data and insufficient access controls.

Work: risk analysis, a security plan, disk encryption, role-based access, and staff training.

Outcome: encrypted data and a documented security process.
